Role Description Guild Garage Group is seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement & Fleet Enablement Specialist to support our growing national network of garage door service brands. This role serves as a critical link between procurement operations, fleet administration, vendor management, and field enablement. The successful candidate will help ensure technicians across more than 20 states have the vehicles, materials, tools, and supplier support necessary to operate efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Procurement & Fleet, this position will support strategic sourcing initiatives, fleet administration, vendor onboarding, contract management, purchasing compliance, and operational reporting. Key Responsibilities - Procurement & Vendor Management - Support supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and credit application processes. - Maintain vendor records, contracts, pricing agreements, and supporting documentation. - Assist with sourcing initiatives, bid analysis, and supplier evaluations. - Monitor supplier performance metrics, rebates, pricing compliance, and service levels. - Support contract administration and maintain procurement documentation. - Fleet Administration & Enablement - Support administration of a fleet exceeding 500 vehicles across multiple states. - Assist in vehicle ordering, registration, titling, transfers, disposals, and replacement activities. - Maintain fleet records and asset databases. - Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance trends, fuel consumption, and telematics reporting. - Data Analytics & Reporting - Develop and maintain reports using Excel and other business systems. - Analyze procurement spend, vendor performance, fleet costs, fuel usage, and operational trends. - Create dashboards and executive summaries for leadership review. - Operational Support - Manage purchase requests and ensure compliance with approval workflows. - Support inventory and asset management initiatives. - Coordinate cross-functional projects involving procurement, fleet, operations, finance, and vendors. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree. - 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, fleet management, or operations support. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and dashboards. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting a distributed field service or multi-location organization. - Familiarity with fleet management platforms and telematics systems. - Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems. - Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
