Job Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience operating and optimizing multiple owned and emerging marketing channels (email, push, in-product, SMS)
- Proven success in developing channel strategies rooted in analytics, and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage and advance MarTech infrastructure to support sophisticated growth initiatives
- Strong command of campaign analytics and reporting; able to translate complex data into actionable strategies and recommendations
- Expertise in leveraging AI, experimentation frameworks, and advanced analytics to enhance channel performance and drive innovation
- Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional partners to achieve alignment and results
- Proactive communicator who can deliver clear updates on channel performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
