• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements, evaluating critical variables including pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact. • Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk, ensuring all structures align with Twilio’s financial guardrails. • Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams, ensuring adherence to internal contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance. • Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ (from quote building and pricing approvals to Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure), ensuring 100% data integrity and policy compliance. • Establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity. • Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring alignment with corporate risk and revenue recognition policies. • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives. • Drive and participate in cross-functional project improvement initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize internal workflows.

Role Description Como Analista de Categoría, tendrá la oportunidad de: - Desarrollar el Plan Estratégico de la Categoría de acuerdo con los procesos y tiempos de cada cliente. - Reuniones mensuales con clientes para el seguimiento a la ejecución del Plan. - Recabar y analizar la información de ventas de la Categoría que recibe por parte de los clientes en donde Abbott tiene Capitanía. - Analizar las ventas de mercado (IQVIA) y de otras auditorías contratadas por Abbott AN, y contrastarlas con las ventas de las Capitanías para detectar oportunidades. - Diseñar estrategias de exhibición, portafolio, y precios de la Categoría en los clientes bajo su responsabilidad, así como el seguimiento en su ejecución en punto de venta. - Desarrollar Proyectos de Visibilidad y seguimiento en su ejecución en conjunto con los equipos de Operaciones y Trade Marketing. - Diseño y Liderazgo de estudios de Categoría dirigidos a capitalizar oportunidades detectadas con las Capitanías bajo su responsabilidad. - Reuniones internas mensuales con Canal de Autoservicios y Canal Farmacias para transmitir oportunidades por cliente detectadas en la información analizada (sin abrir información confidencial). - Apoyo con el diseño de Estrategia de Exhibición cuando se solicite para clientes con los que actualmente no se tiene Capitanía pero que se solicita un apoyo puntual de asesoramiento al área Catman. Role Description American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking an Administrative Analyst to join our Medical Necessity/Benefits Administration department. The primary purpose of this position is to generate, mail and track member service denial notifications in accordance with URAC, NCQA, CMS, DMHC and ASH standards. Responsibilities - Generates and mails member service denial notifications to members, health plans and practitioners. - Develops and maintains procedures related to member service denial processes. - Revises service denial letters as mandated by URAC, NCQA, CMS, DMHC and contracted health plans. - Revises service denial matrix as mandated by URAC, NCQA, CMS, DMHC and contracted health plans. - Coordinates workflow with MNA and CQE to ensure member service denial notifications are appropriately sent to members, health plans and practitioners. - Enters necessary information in the system to track service denials notifications. - Creates and submits member service denial logs to contracted health plans on a daily/monthly basis. - Reports and tracks service denial notifications turn-around time on a daily/monthly basis. - Ensures service denial notifications turn-around time standards are consistently met. - Maintains confidentiality of all member, provider, client and proprietary information. - Provides administrative support. - Assists manager with special projects and reports as needed. - Assists supervisor(s) with administrative duties as needed. - Assists with the preparation of files for various audits. - Runs system queries and reports as needed. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Complies with all policies and standards.
