Role Description Como Analista de Categoría, tendrá la oportunidad de: - Desarrollar el Plan Estratégico de la Categoría de acuerdo con los procesos y tiempos de cada cliente. - Reuniones mensuales con clientes para el seguimiento a la ejecución del Plan. - Recabar y analizar la información de ventas de la Categoría que recibe por parte de los clientes en donde Abbott tiene Capitanía. - Analizar las ventas de mercado (IQVIA) y de otras auditorías contratadas por Abbott AN, y contrastarlas con las ventas de las Capitanías para detectar oportunidades. - Diseñar estrategias de exhibición, portafolio, y precios de la Categoría en los clientes bajo su responsabilidad, así como el seguimiento en su ejecución en punto de venta. - Desarrollar Proyectos de Visibilidad y seguimiento en su ejecución en conjunto con los equipos de Operaciones y Trade Marketing. - Diseño y Liderazgo de estudios de Categoría dirigidos a capitalizar oportunidades detectadas con las Capitanías bajo su responsabilidad. - Reuniones internas mensuales con Canal de Autoservicios y Canal Farmacias para transmitir oportunidades por cliente detectadas en la información analizada (sin abrir información confidencial). - Apoyo con el diseño de Estrategia de Exhibición cuando se solicite para clientes con los que actualmente no se tiene Capitanía pero que se solicita un apoyo puntual de asesoramiento al área Catman. Objetivo de la posición: Responsable del desarrollo, negociación y ejecución del Plan estratégico de Categoría para las Capitanías a su cargo; en donde Abbott AN lidera el proceso CATMAN. Basado en un conocimiento profundo del cliente, del shopper, del consumidor y de tendencias de mercado. La ejecución del Plan tiene como principal objetivo el crecimiento de la Categoría (impulsado por Abbott) por arriba de mercado en los clientes bajo su responsabilidad y tiene impacto directo en el portafolio, estrategia de exhibición, comunicación/visibilidad y estrategia de precios. Clientes bajo su responsabilidad: Walmart, Chedraui, Farmacias San Pablo. Role Description The DRG Validator ensures the accurate assignment of Diagnosis Related Groups (DRGs) for our patients and applies a thorough understanding of medical coding guidelines, clinical documentation, and reimbursement principles.
