• Review and evaluate medical device technical and clinical documentation • Manage certification activities for medical device manufacturers • Provide specialist regulatory, operational, and strategic support • Deliver CE medical device marking schemes • Provide expertise leadership and mentoring to medical device personnel

• Provides onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings • Responsible for the overall business health and customer satisfaction of their assigned territories • Involved in all phases of the onsite support process with emphasis on selling Dx solutions, diagnostics implementation, workflow improvements, and increasing utilization of diagnostic products • Aligns with key clinics and hospitals on all aspects of aligned SOP pull through, implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution • Responsible for identifying, quantifying, qualifying, tracking, and evaluating clinic pain points • Facilitates, develops, designs and implements clinic workflow processes that improve overall customer experience • Responds to requests for onsite technical support, providing prompt and accurate technical assistance • Provides guidance, instruction, and training on the product line to increase productivity and performance • Provides post sale product installation and validation, applications and operations training • Completes daily activity documentation and collects, analyzes and summarizes information including detailed satisfaction information • Must possess superb customer service skills, work independently, make appropriate decisions with accuracy, timeliness, and complete follow-through • Works closely with the Area Business Manager (ABMs) and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant (DSCs) to provide appropriate customer service in a team approach

• Develop a profitable book of middle to large market-sized E&S Excess Casualty business for General Liability and Commercial Automobile lines • Assist in implementing a growth plan for your region • Underwrite select new and renewal accounts according to department standards • Build and manage a diverse and profitable book of business • Cultivate productive relationships with appointed wholesale brokers • Collaborate effectively with Actuarial, Claims, Loss Control, Operations, Finance, and IT teams

• Leads the most complex, strategic, or high-risk placements • Serves as a subject matter expert on markets, programs, and solutions • Advises brokers and sales leaders on optimal placement strategies • Designs and presents sophisticated marketing and solution proposals • Guides resolution of escalated issues and nonstandard scenarios • Influences placement policies, procedures, and best practices • Coaches and reviews work of specialists and associates • May be accountable for delivery of tactical placement goals through the team
