Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Growth

ŌURA

• Own the upper funnel, global DTC experience • Define and execute a product roadmap that balances strong customer experiences with measurable impact on conversion, average order value, and revenue. • Identify, test, and ship AI-powered and personalized experiences that help site visitors understand Oura and choose the right offering. • Partner with Data, ML, and Engineering to prototype and scale agentic and personalized experiences that improve both user satisfaction and revenue performance. • Stay on top of emerging AI and experimentation tools, bringing forward pragmatic ideas that can be tested quickly and scaled globally. • Internalize Oura’s product portfolio (hardware, membership, software features) in order to create an inspirational site experience that drives conversion. • Support ongoing Marketing campaigns by providing strategic direction on how to extend to ouraring.com. • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to shape compelling buying experiences for different audiences, markets, and contexts. • Partner with several cross-functional teams to ensure experiences are localized and transcreated (not just translated) across key markets. • Build scalable frameworks for localization, campaign launches, and content updates across key markets. • Lead a rigorous experimentation program and translate lessons learned into roadmap priorities and follow-on iterations. • Develop and test hypotheses (rooted in data) to maintain a high velocity pipeline of A/B testing. • Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver initiatives end-to-end – on time and within budget. • Create crisp PRDs, experimentation briefs, and decision documents that clarify problem statements, hypotheses, requirements, edge cases, and success metrics. • Help cultivate a culture of excellence, experimentation, and data‑driven decision making across the DTC organization.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of growth, eCommerce, or upper-funnel customer experiences at scale, ideally in a global DTC environment.
  • Proven track record of shipping features and experiments that materially improve business metrics such as conversion, revenue, engagement, or average order value.
  • Deep hands-on experience running experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis formation and test design through rollout, readout, and iteration.
  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort making product and experimentation tradeoffs under uncertainty.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Deep empathy for users and strong product sense across global customer segments and buying contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear and compelling customer-facing experiences.
  • Comfort collaborating with brand, creative, content, and marketing partners while maintaining a high bar for clarity, conversion, and user trust.
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous learning, combined with humility, curiosity, and a strong “not me, we” mindset.
  • Experience with personalization, AI-powered experiences, or experimentation platforms in a consumer or eCommerce context is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
  • An ŌURA Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family
  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave
  • Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers
