Senior Product Manager

Phreesia

• Own the product vision. • Define and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for PhreesiaOnCall. • Develop a vision for increasing provider engagement, retention, and monthly active users. • Identify opportunities to expand product value beyond traditional on-call workflows. • Conduct market analysis, customer discovery, and competitive research to inform product strategy. • Build new products and monetization opportunities. • Lead development of provider-targeted advertising and network-based products. • Define monetization strategies that create value for physicians, life sciences organizations, and healthcare stakeholders. • Build business cases, validate market opportunities, and launch new revenue-generating capabilities. • Partner with Commercial teams to develop go-to-market plans and success metrics. • Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and ongoing optimization. • Define product requirements, prioritize investments, and manage roadmap execution. • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-impact features. • Establish success metrics and continuously optimize product performance. • Serve as the primary product leader for provider engagement initiatives. • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Clinical, and Executive Leadership teams. • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business results to senior stakeholders. • Measure adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization performance. • Develop frameworks for evaluating product investments and growth opportunities. • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Have demonstrated success building and scaling B2B mobile products with consumer-grade user experiences.
  • Bring healthcare, digital health, or life sciences industry experience.
  • Have experience building advertising, media, audience, or monetization products.
  • Excel at product discovery and customer research.
  • Can translate ambiguous opportunities into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Have experience defining product strategy and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Have strong analytical and business case development capabilities.
  • Enjoy leading cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives.
  • Have a deep understanding of product metrics, growth strategies, and monetization models.
  • Regularly leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision making.
  • Have healthcare provider engagement experience.
  • Have experience working with life sciences commercial organizations.
