• Responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data information to assist the Trinity Health leadership team achieve operational efficiency. • Responsible for auditing department information, producing reports & suggesting improvements to processes. • Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience. • Distributes analytical reports, utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports & develop educational materials. • Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science and at least 3 (three) years of sourcing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices including intermediate to advanced excel skills, knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ideal candidate is highly proficient in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of methods used in the access and use of information, the preparation of specifications, and the analysis of bids and contracts.
