• Execute communications strategies for federal and postal health plans, translating business and membership growth strategies into clear, consistent, and compliant messaging • Develop and deliver member communications, including newsletters, letters, postcards, brochures, presentations, website content, and digital materials • Lead Open Enrollment communications, including Mail Handlers Benefit Plan (MHBP) Open Season Seminar materials, presentations, webinars, and member collateral • Support client meetings, in-person events, webinars, and virtual events by developing presentation materials and attending/hosting as needed • Develop training and presentation materials for field service representatives and open enrollment volunteers to ensure consistent execution • Ensure all communications comply internal requirements and external regulations; manage review and approval workflows and conduct quality checks for accuracy, brand alignment, and appropriateness • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, compliance, legal, marketing, account management, and external vendors to deliver timely, integrated communications • Coordinate procurement of promotional items and branded materials to support outreach, events, and enrollment efforts
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a communications discipline
- Health Insurance License required (or 90 day period to obtain)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across communications, sales, and marketing partners to deliver results aligned with shared business goals
- Demonstrated strength in writing and editing across multiple communication formats, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementing, and supporting communications initiatives end to end.
