Role Description The Sales Engineer contributes to the design and delivery of technical solutions that meet business and customer needs, working closely with architecture, product, and development teams. This role supports pre-sales activities by providing technical analysis, participating in customer workshops, and helping shape solution proposals. The Sales Engineer ensures alignment between business requirements and technical implementation, supports ongoing projects with technical assistance, and promotes best practices in architecture, cloud-native technologies, and security. - Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with senior architects, product teams, and development teams to address business and customer requirements. - Support pre-sales activities by performing technical analysis, contributing to solution proposals, and actively participating in customer discussions. - Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation. - Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and present solutions. - Contribute to architecture and technical documentation that supports project delivery and ongoing operational activities. - Support ongoing projects through coordination, troubleshooting follow-up, and providing technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery processes and operational efficiency. - Stay informed about modern technologies, cloud-native environments, and security best practices, and apply this knowledge to solutions and recommendations. - Follow architecture standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices in all design and implementation activities. - Use dashboards and visualization tools to support data analysis, reporting, and communication with customers and internal teams. - Engage in customer-facing activities, including demonstrations and presentations, to showcase technical capabilities and solution value. - Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives. Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, system integration, or technical solution design. - Experience in sales engineering or a closely related technical customer-facing role. - Proven external customer service experience, including delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. - Demonstrated technical capability in areas such as product development, technical sales, solution design, or system integration. - Experience with dashboards and visualization tools for data analysis and reporting. - Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong interest in solution architecture and cloud technologies. - Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote and international environment. - Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Awareness and sensitivity to security and compliance topics. - Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Fluency in English.
