Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Description We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our global FP&A team. In this role you will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and variance analysis for assigned regions and lines of business, and act as a trusted finance business partner to regional General Managers and functional leaders. This position is to work remotely from Brazil as CLT. Key Responsibilities: - Own the annual budget and rolling forecast cycles for assigned regions / lines of business, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and gross-margin planning. - Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting – actuals vs. budget vs. forecast – with clear, concise variance narratives for senior leadership. - Build and maintain driver-based financial models, ensuring outputs are auditable, formula-driven, and consistent across periods. - Partner with regional GMs and functional leaders to translate operational plans into financial outcomes and challenge assumptions where needed. - Analyze SaaS / fintech KPIs (recurring revenue, churn, ARPU, unit economics) and connect them to the P&L and forecast. - Support the monthly close in coordination with Accounting – reviewing accruals, reclasses, and ensuring reporting integrity. - Contribute to consolidated group reporting, board materials, and ad-hoc analyses for the CFO and CEO (revenue- and KPI-focused for executive review). - Drive standardization and automation of recurring reporting using Power BI, NetSuite, and AI-assisted workflows. - Support M&A integration, business cases, and special projects as required. Qualifications - Fluent written and spoken English – you will work daily with global stakeholders and present to senior leadership in English. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 5–10 years of FP&A or corporate-finance experience, including hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills (driver-based models, scenario analysis, large datasets). - Solid understanding of financial statements and the ability to build a variance bridge and tell the story behind it. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a track record of autonomous, deadline-driven delivery. - Eligibility to work in Brazil under a CLT contract.
