• Lead the annual portfolio budget process and quarterly reforecasts leveraging MRI’s Budgeting and Forecasting module. • Assist with all aspects of the monthly valuation process through the creation and upkeep of the company’s Argus valuation models. • Maintain and run scenario analysis in lease, asset and portfolio-level models. • Lead financial variance analysis on the existing portfolio. • Abstract leases and CC&Rs for application to valuation and budget modeling. • Abstract loan agreements to identify key economic terms. • Produce/support recurring and ad hoc reporting of financial performance and disclosures for investors and stakeholders.

• Run biweekly payroll across our deployed teams, partnering with managers to get it accurate and on time. • Prepare and process tax payments accurately and on schedule. • Produce biweekly client invoices • Maintain backup payroll and invoice-preview files. • Reconcile payroll and billing, and keep GAAP/billing documentation organized and audit-ready. • Pull the information needed to create contracts from source files and support contract creation. • Update daily attendance flagging exceptions for manager review. • Maintain team rosters as new team members join, including sensitive fields managers do not have access to. • Refresh the Springboard Dashboard each week ahead of the leadership meeting. • Build and own the Capacity Plan. • Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses as projects require. • Proactively surface insights from our operational and financial data and make recommendations to leadership. • Act as the central coordination point for our managed entities. One to two today, with more on the way. • Drive onboarding and offboarding processes for team members end to end. • Coordinate facilities needs. • Liaise with our local attorney and accountant partners. Routing items, following up, and keeping things on track, while escalating major legal or financial decisions to leadership. • Find better ways for us to operate and put them in place, streamlining and automating repetitive work wherever you can.

• Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives • Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions (e.g., pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, expansion, etc.) • Partner with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for how we scale efficiently, achieve profitability, and improve the financial performance of the business • Partner with key business stakeholders to support financially sound decision-making (e.g., bringing on new vendors, developing new products, etc.) • Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed
