FP&A Manager
CIRE Equity
• Lead the annual portfolio budget process and quarterly reforecasts leveraging MRI’s Budgeting and Forecasting module. • Assist with all aspects of the monthly valuation process through the creation and upkeep of the company’s Argus valuation models. • Maintain and run scenario analysis in lease, asset and portfolio-level models. • Lead financial variance analysis on the existing portfolio. • Abstract leases and CC&Rs for application to valuation and budget modeling. • Abstract loan agreements to identify key economic terms. • Produce/support recurring and ad hoc reporting of financial performance and disclosures for investors and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; business or finance concentration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial (retail, industrial, office) real estate analyst/senior analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Argus Enterprise is required (advanced is preferred).
- MRI experience is desired.
- Intermediate SQL query writing competency is desired.
