• Apply the consulting method with clients, focusing on financial control and assisting them whenever necessary. • Manage the development of clients' financial controls, monitoring progress and identifying improvements. • Teach clients financial control, explaining the consulting method and its practical business applications based on acquired knowledge. • Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and email, ensuring the resolution of routine operational and financial questions. • Correct and guide clients on adjustments and improvements to financial management. • Guide clients step-by-step through the initial phases of the consultancy, supporting the recommendations made during the process. • Provide ongoing support to clients through digital communication, helping resolve common questions and issues. • Perform financial audits of clients' records/entries, ensuring data accuracy and seeking assistance for more advanced reviews. • Hold alignment meetings to assist clients with their challenges. • Deliver targeted training sessions tailored to the client's current stage in the consultancy. • And much more than financial tasks: helping people!
