Role Description O(a) Executivo(a) de Contas Sênior será o(a) principal líder comercial estratégico para o Santander Brasil e Afiliadas, atuando como consultor(a) de confiança e parceiro(a) executivo(a) de um dos clientes mais estratégicos da Experian no setor financeiro. - Impulsionar o crescimento de receita. - Fortalecer o relacionamento com executivos. - Aumentar a participação dentro da conta (wallet share). - Orquestrar iniciativas complexas e multifuncionais em um ambiente organizacional matricial. - Exigir forte capacidade de liderança junto às áreas de vendas, produto, entrega, analytics, jurídico, operações e stakeholders executivos. - Garantir resultados consistentes para o cliente e crescimento sustentável da parceria. Qualifications - Ampla experiência em gestão estratégica de contas, vendas para grandes empresas (enterprise) ou liderança de clientes nos setores financeiro ou tecnológico. - Histórico comprovado na gestão de contas de grandes bancos. - Forte presença executiva e experiência com stakeholders C-level. - Experiência em organizações matriciais complexas. - Forte visão de negócios, negociação e planejamento estratégico. - Capacidade de liderar por influência, sem autoridade formal. - Inglês avançado. Requirements - Experiência com contas Tier 1 do setor bancário no Brasil. - Conhecimento em soluções de crédito, fraude, analytics, dados, identidade ou Open Finance. - Experiência com estruturas de contas envolvendo múltiplos países ou afiliadas. - Familiaridade com metodologias de venda consultiva e baseada em valor. • Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff • Partner with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice through: providing product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at strategic management and analysis of sales trends • Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable • Generate new sales: Develop leads, recruit new surgeons, qualify prospects, and make sales calls • Work autonomously, utilizing corporate resources to generate revenue and meet/exceed quota • Prepare and submit call reports as required by District Sales Manager • Maintain up-to-date customer record books and other records in accordance with District Sales Manager instructions • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed
• Develops, services, and maintains a base of local clients and/or agencies who purchase advertising space • Analyzes, develops, and presents market research and advertising proposals • Assists in developing marketing activities to generate local ad sales revenue • Interacts with various internal departments to carry out client requirements • Seeks new customers by continuously prospecting following Company's planned sales strategies
