Cursor
• Own a named book of federal accounts and drive new agency acquisition • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across various stakeholders • Become a trusted product expert and guide federal prospects through trials • Build executive relationships and cultivate champions across agencies • Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity • Be the voice of the federal customer and influence the roadmap • Partner closely with Field Engineering and AI Deployment team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in enterprise or federal technology sales
- Consistent track record of landing new logos and expanding strategic accounts
- Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting and account mapping
- Comfortable navigating complex federal sales cycles
- Understanding of federal buying motions, procurement processes, security expectations
- Analytical approach to understanding customer needs
- Excellent communicator who can build trust across all levels of an organization
- Passionate about AI and developer tools
