• Identify and qualify HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies. • Use multi-channel outreach to drive interest and book discovery meetings across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events. • Educate prospects on Journey’s unique value and how proactive mental health support outperforms traditional and digital EAPs. • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies that resonate across industries and buyer profiles. • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Account Executives to refine messaging and drive pipeline growth. • Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline contribution.
• Conduct interviews of internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts, and perform competitor and market research. • Partner with executives to prioritize and triage roadmap and change requests, clearly understanding short and long term trade-offs. • Create PRDs for each feature and collaborate with the development team to break them down into milestones and tickets. • Work closely with the development team to plan sprints, remove blockers, and manage technical and product debt • Work with designers during requirements gathering to ensure cohesive, user-centered solutions. • Produce release notes and feature videos for both internal and external features • Partner with marketing to communicate new features to users and the broader market • Develop and manage analytics reports and dashboards to track performance and inform decisions
