Job Description

Senior Information Systems Analyst, FACS Application

• Serve as a primary IS point of contact for client and business stakeholders, partnering closely to understand operational needs and deliver effective technology solutions. • Provide consultative guidance on system capabilities, enhancements, and strategic improvements. • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Collaborate with IS leadership and peer senior analyst to ensure consistent prioritization, communication, and service delivery. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for FACS or comparable platforms. • Perform advanced system analysis, solution design, and implementation of complex enhancements. • Execute detailed data mapping, including creation and modification of tables, fields, and integrations. • Lead upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance of systems and dialing platforms. • Serve as a senior escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex issues. • Monitor system performance and ensure stability and data integrity. • Provide after-hours support as needed. • Design and implement innovative solutions to improve performance and efficiency. • Identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements. • Lead complex IS initiatives from concept through deployment. • Ensure delivery on time and aligned with business objectives. • Develop and maintain reporting systems and analyze data trends. • Ensure data accuracy and compliance. • Support onboarding of new business through system configuration and integration. • Maintain system documentation and collaborate with external vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive Information Systems, application support, application development, or systems analyst experience, including supporting enterprise-level business applications.
  • 5+ years of expert-level hands-on FACS experience required, including system configuration, troubleshooting, data mapping, reporting, integrations, and production support.
  • 3+ years of advanced SQL, database management, and data analysis experience, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, or enterprise application enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted business advisor with Senior level communication skill
  • Strong experience serving as a business-facing technical partner, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations, reporting platforms, dialer systems, or comparable operational technologies.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to technology systems and data management.
  • Experience with ARTIVA is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare revenue cycle management, collections, business process outsourcing (BPO), financial services, or other high-volume operational environments is preferred.
