Lithic
• Own compliance execution and quality across Lithic's CIP, KYB, and CDD/EDD programs, while contributing to the AI-assisted workflow infrastructure that makes that work scalable and defensible. • Core responsibilities include: • Own end-to-end CIP decisioning, maintaining quality and turnaround standards across high-volume programs • Perform quality assurance on AI-assisted onboarding decisions and document reasoning in a format that holds up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny • Identify process gaps and propose improvements • Support bank partner deliverables across Lithic's sponsor bank relationships • Contribute to AML/BSA compliance & Regulatory compliance testing and oversight activities • Work with Product and Engineering when new features touch compliance • Contribute to Lithic's long-term compliance strategy by helping build infrastructure that scales
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment, and a direct CIP background required
- Self-starter who can work independently while knowing when to escalate and collaborate
- Working knowledge of AI governance in a compliance context, including how to document and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners
- Direct experience with KYC/KYB tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to create structure where none exists
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid grasp of the regulatory framework governing financial products (Reg E, Reg Z, and USA PATRIOT Act, etc)
- CAMS certified or actively working toward it

Role Description The Specialist, Attendee Experience (Pharma Experience Preferred) will work closely with the Event Experience Manager to understand the program goals and objectives and lead registration to all assigned programs. The Specialist focuses on attendee management, reporting and client needs outlined by the Event Experience Manager and can work independently. Role Description The Environmental Advisor serves as the corporate subject matter expert for environmental compliance across AFNA’s manufacturing network. This role is responsible for developing and standardizing environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting site execution through auditing, training, and technical guidance. The position partners closely with site EHS teams and plant leadership to ensure consistent and effective implementation of environmental requirements. - Serve as the corporate subject matter expert for environmental compliance across all AFNA manufacturing facilities. - Develop, implement, and maintain standardized environmental policies, procedures, and compliance programs across the organization. - Maintain and regularly update environmental regulatory applicability registers for all sites, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local requirements. - Lead the enterprise environmental audit program, including planning, execution, reporting, and verification of corrective action closure. - Provide technical guidance and support to site EHS teams on environmental compliance requirements, including permitting, reporting, inspections, and recordkeeping. - Serve as the primary corporate interface for environmental regulatory agencies, supporting sites during inspections, inquiries, and enforcement actions as needed. - Standardize and oversee environmental reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all required regulatory reports. - Support sites in environmental permitting activities, including new permits, renewals, and modifications. - Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure environmental compliance requirements are incorporated into capital projects and operational changes. - Lead or support environmental incident investigations, including root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive actions. - Drive consistency and continuous improvement in environmental compliance processes, tools, and documentation across all facilities. - Deliver environmental compliance training and build capability within site EHS teams to ensure effective execution of environmental programs. - Monitor regulatory changes and assess potential impact to AFNA operations, ensuring timely communication and implementation of required actions. - Reduce compliance and administrative burden on site EHS teams by centralizing environmental program ownership and providing scalable support and tools. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related STEM field. - 5–7 years of environmental compliance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Strong working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, including CAA, CWA/NPDES, RCRA, EPCRA, and SPCC. - Experience with environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory inspections. - Working knowledge of California environmental regulations (e.g., CARB air regulations, CalEPA programs, DTSC hazardous waste requirements, and California water boards/NPDES programs). - Ability to interpret regulations and implement practical compliance solutions across multiple sites. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across site and corporate teams. - Ability to travel up to 25–40% to support site audits, compliance activities, and project work across AFNA manufacturing facilities. Requirements - Range $117,000 to $130,000 annually. - Plus, 20% annual bonus potential.
