• Own compliance execution and quality across Lithic's CIP, KYB, and CDD/EDD programs, while contributing to the AI-assisted workflow infrastructure that makes that work scalable and defensible. • Core responsibilities include: • Own end-to-end CIP decisioning, maintaining quality and turnaround standards across high-volume programs • Perform quality assurance on AI-assisted onboarding decisions and document reasoning in a format that holds up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny • Identify process gaps and propose improvements • Support bank partner deliverables across Lithic's sponsor bank relationships • Contribute to AML/BSA compliance & Regulatory compliance testing and oversight activities • Work with Product and Engineering when new features touch compliance • Contribute to Lithic's long-term compliance strategy by helping build infrastructure that scales
• Own the end-to-end disputes lifecycle: intake, investigation, chargeback processing, and dispute resolution. • Author, maintain, and continuously improve the dispute SOPs across every stage, ensuring content reflects current consumer protection regulations, network dispute rules, and operational realities. • Test, deploy, and tune agentic investigation solutions across the disputes workflow, including skill orchestration, arbitration automation, and automation tuning, to compress per-case handling time without sacrificing quality. • Document investigative context and develop the skills and prompts that allow agentic tooling to handle routine filing, statement generation, and representment volume. • Handle complex dispute scenarios, edge cases, and pre-arbitration and arbitration exceptions where outcomes depend on judgment and argumentation. • Develop and optimize representment strategies; analyze dispute trends to identify root causes and drive process improvements. • Define and report the KPIs and KRIs for the disputes program, and produce actionable insights by synthesizing operational trends and program performance data. • Serve as the interface to any business process outsourcing relationship • Partner with Product and Engineering to frame dispute requirements as enablers and to inform the roadmap for investigation tooling. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training on dispute handling, chargeback processing, and the investigation tooling.
• Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality • Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage • Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output • Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended • Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny • Synthesize monitoring performance data, operational trends, and emerging financial crime risks into actionable program insights, and define and influence AML KPIs and KRIs • Lead governance preparation for relevant oversight forums and support bank partner and exam-readiness deliverables • Train and mentor analysts on investigations, money laundering typologies, and the agentic tooling, so program knowledge scales beyond any one person
