Role Description The Specialist, Attendee Experience (Pharma Experience Preferred) will work closely with the Event Experience Manager to understand the program goals and objectives and lead registration to all assigned programs. The Specialist focuses on attendee management, reporting and client needs outlined by the Event Experience Manager and can work independently. Role Description The Concurrent Review Case Manager is responsible for telephonic monitoring and the documentation of medical treatment and comparing it to established criteria to determine if treatment meets established guidelines. In addition, the Concurrent Review Case Manager monitors patients' progress toward recovery for early identification of continuing care needs in an attempt to facilitate discharge for specified populations.
