Sales Intelligence Analyst

Role Description The Sales Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Director, Growth Intelligence & Insights and the Sales Intelligence Senior Analyst to deliver foundational reporting, data preparation, dashboard updates, and analysis to support sales intelligence operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, accounting, advisory, or consulting, allowing them to contextualize analytics within our specific business model. Responsibilities - Assist with request intake and prioritization of incoming analytics requests from multiple cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Industry Leads, Marketing, Sales Leadership). - Ensure understanding of the desired business outcome, the data needed, and prioritization to deliver high-impact insights. - Assist in maintenance and enhancement of operational sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy by accessing the data warehouse and self-service semantic models. - Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to support data accuracy and validation across the data warehouse and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Execute standard processes for sales data extraction and transformation while suggesting refinements to improve accuracy. - Translate data into clear standard visualizations and reports for stakeholders, ensuring complex data is accessible to non-technical audiences, and provide key insights. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales intelligence, go-to-market reporting, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data transformation. - Proficiency in building Power BI dashboards. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, formulas, data visualization). - Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation. - Experience accessing data from multiple databases or sources to compile reports. Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working within the Professional Services, Accounting, Advisory, or Consulting industries. - Experience building and maintaining self-service semantic models. - Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Microsoft D365. - Experience leveraging AI to develop more efficient processes and analysis.
