Role Description We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and employee-centered Senior People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in HR support, people systems, benefits, reporting, auditing, quality control, and employee-facing operations. You will work directly with employees across the company, from frontline employees through leadership, providing timely, thoughtful support and helping ensure our people processes are accurate, scalable, and easy to navigate. In this role, you will support a broad range of People Operations programs and workflows across the employee lifecycle, including: - Employee inquiries - HRIS data maintenance - Reporting - Process documentation - Audits - Onboarding and offboarding support - Cross-functional operational projects A key initial focus will be providing immediate benefits administration and employee support for our US team, including support for benefits, wellness, and leave of absence processes. Over time, this role will also help support benefits administration for our growing international teams in the UK and Canada, primarily through close coordination with our benefits vendors, brokers, and internal partners. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing our employees with the best experience possible while meeting them where they’re at with prompt replies and solutions that work. Qualifications - 3 - 5 years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, Total Rewards, or a related HR function, with at least 1+ year of experience supporting benefits administration. - Working knowledge of US benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, COBRA, ACA, leaves of absence, and wellness programs. - Experience using HRIS or HCM platforms. - Experience supporting employees directly and resolving benefits or HR-related questions with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment. - Comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, audits, reconciliations, and data validation. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, recurring deadlines, and employee requests with accuracy. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to jump in, learn, and improve processes. - High integrity, humility, self-awareness, and a commitment to creating a positive employee experience. - Humble, self-aware, and trustworthy; you treasure great colleagues and relationships and are committed to nurturing the culture of the team and company. Role Description The People Generalist partners closely with the People Business Partner (PBP) team to provide guidance on policies, processes, and employee inquiries, while supporting lower-complexity employee relations matters and coordinating operational activities across People programs and cross-functional teams.
