Role Description The Compensation Analyst (P3) is an established professional contributor responsible for independently managing moderately complex projects and assignments within the compensation function. The position requires broad knowledge of compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business to achieve operational and strategic results. - Independently administer compensation programs and policies, including base pay, incentive, and equity, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. - Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using internal and external data sources; provide strategic recommendations to ensure competitiveness and equity. - Support the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycle (merit, bonus, equity). - Develop and present compensation reports, dashboards, and insights to support People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders in making informed decisions. - Provide compensation guidance to business partners on job offers, promotions, internal movements, and pay program design. - Maintain and refine job architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment of job levels, titling, and market benchmarks across functions and geographies. - Participate in and help interpret compensation surveys; identify trends and recommend process or policy enhancements to strengthen compensation practices. - Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex compensation issues that may require explanation, interpretation, or negotiation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope. - Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred). - Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Effective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain compensation concepts to different teams. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
