Clinician Compensation Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a Clinician Compensation Analyst to join our team in supporting our DecisionOne Dental group. This role is responsible for administration, analysis, and reconciliation of dentist compensation programs. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to ensure provider compensation is processed accurately; compensation plans are maintained, and reporting is timely and actionable. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with financial data to improve processes and support business decisions. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday 8-5pm CST Responsibilities - Completes reconciliations related to dentist compensation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Supports the monthly financial close process by preparing schedules and documentation. - Develops and maintains dentist compensation plans, policies, and bonus programs. - Prepares and distributes monthly compensation reports to dentists and executive team members. - Conducts compensation analysis and supports special projects, collaborating with dentists, Directors, and Senior Leaders to resolve issues. - Maintains accurate documentation and supports audits or internal reviews related to compensation. - Identifies opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting capabilities. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, compensation analysis, payroll, or another analytical business role. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. - Experience reconciling financial or compensation-related data with a high degree of accuracy. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements - Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems, payroll systems, or business intelligence platforms (preferred). - Experience working in healthcare, dental, or multi-location organizations is a plus (preferred).
