Role Description This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As a Director of Leisure Sales, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the All-Inclusive America Sales team reporting to Assistant Managing Director Hilton All Inclusive Sales, you will focus on: - Lead leisure and wholesale sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Hilton All‑Inclusive properties. - Oversee a multi‑billion‑dollar LATAM wholesale business, focusing on conversion, market share, and partner performance. - Develop and execute strategic business plans with key wholesale partners to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Drive demand generation through integrated marketing, promotional campaigns, and targeted sales initiatives. - Identify revenue optimization opportunities by analyzing booking gaps, conversion barriers, and market trends. - Negotiate preferred partnerships, Pay‑for‑Performance agreements, and commercial frameworks. - Experience articulating and showcasing brand value through compelling sales storytelling within the all‑inclusive resort space. - Partner with Revenue Management and Global Sales to align pricing strategy and account positioning. - Represent Hilton All‑Inclusive at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence. - Lead wholesale performance reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership. - Serve as the leisure and wholesale subject‑matter expert for the Hilton All‑Inclusive portfolio in the LATAM markets. What you'll do during a typical day: - Drive leisure revenue. - Align commercial strategy. - Lead partner and internal communications. - Monitor performance and demand trends. How you'll collaborate with others: - Partners with Revenue, Marketing, and Distribution. - Collaborates with regional and property sales teams. - Works closely with global leisure partners. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: - Global Leisure Account Strategy. - Leisure Performance & Distribution Optimization. - Cross‑Regional Commercial Initiatives. Qualifications - Seven plus (7+) years of progressive leisure sales experience in All Inclusive and Resorts, with proven success in the B2B space, managing tour operators, wholesalers, retail agencies and global leisure accounts. - Experience in pricing, distribution, contracts, and collaboration with Revenue Management. - Located or willing to relocate to Mexico City, MX or Cancun, MX. - Travel up to 40%. - Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Requirements - Bachelor's degree. - Proficiency in Portuguese. - Experience using Salesforce (SFDC). - Prior experience leading teams.
