• Own the US territory for Retargeting sales, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handoff to onboarding teams. • Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy. • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot (or another CRM), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting. • Create tailored proposals and consultative solutions for gaming and non-gaming advertisers, showcasing Adikteev's performance-driven retargeting value. • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including growth, retention, and marketing leads at top-tier advertisers across the US. • Identify and secure partnerships that accelerate Retargeting adoption across new verticals in the US market. • Represent Adikteev at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and pipeline opportunities across the region. • Provide a target account list (including gaming and non-gaming companies) that you're confident can be converted within your first two quarters. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management and Campaign Management) to ensure seamless transitions from sales to activation. • Share market feedback with leadership to refine strategy, positioning, and client engagement across the EMEA retargeting ecosystem.
