• Deploy, configure, and manage physical and virtual systems including servers, endpoints, and cloud resources across Microsoft Azure and AWS. • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and related identity and collaboration services. • Maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal disruption to operations. • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments; configure firewalls, routers, switches, and access points. • Enforce security best practices across systems and networks; apply the principle of least privilege and monitor for anomalies. • Contribute to compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate system records and supporting audit activities. • Serve as Tier 2 escalation point — diagnose and resolve complex incidents, own issues through to resolution, and communicate status clearly. • Onboard users to new systems and tools; develop training materials and SOPs that enable self-service and reduce repeat incidents. • Partner with project managers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to scope and deliver technology initiatives on time. • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers to maintain service quality and SLA compliance. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical system availability: respond to after hours alerts and incidents in accordance with defined SLA and escalation procedures.
• Responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers • Utilize various internal and external sources to help customers find the best candidates • Ensure sustained growth of Driver Count • Provide best-in-class safety and compliance • Develop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers • Support a learning culture that experiments using the OKR process • Collaborate with varying levels of TransForce team members and customer resources • Seek local sources for high quality applicants • Build relationships within local communities
• Own and evolve end-to-end lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation for users across the TransForce portfolio. • Develop revenue-generating lifecycle initiatives supporting both driver engagement and conversion and carrier acquisition, activation, and retention. • Plan and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. • Own lifecycle marketing compliance, including consent management and deliverability best practices across email and SMS (TCPA, CAN-SPAM). • Own lifecycle messaging and copy, including campaign sequencing, value propositions, and narrative across all lifecycle touchpoints. • Design, build, and optimize email and lifecycle templates (layout, hierarchy, modular components) within marketing automation platforms to support testing and iteration. • Create and maintain lifecycle messaging frameworks to ensure consistency of voice and tone across audiences and brands. • Write and structure written content such as newsletters and blog posts (messaging and copy only), partnering with Design on final visual execution where needed. • Define messaging and content outlines for downloadable assets (e.g., guides, PDFs), partnering with Design on final production. • Lead rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across copy, layout, cadence, and channels to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. • Own lifecycle and channel performance reporting, analyzing metrics from engagement through to revenue and retention. Translate insights into actionable test plans and continuous improvements tied to clear KPIs. • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to shape and execute multi-channel campaigns, embedding lifecycle messaging and journeys into broader marketing initiatives. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Design to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with product capabilities and business goals. • Own internal lifecycle and marketing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders. • Serve as a steward of lifecycle quality, ensuring high standards across messaging, templates, and execution.
• Ensure the timely posting of revenue and payroll • Cash reconciliation and sales taxes • Support month-end close process • Prepare and review journal entries • Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank, fixed assets, accruals) • Variance analysis • Ensure data integrity in various systems • Commissions calculation and validation • Review and validation of invoices and expense reports • Prepare sales tax, property tax, and other tax filings • Support annual audit • Operational Business Data Analytics as required
• Maintain standardized operating procedures regarding operations and processes all supporting SOP’s “The TransForce Way” • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, sharing best practice across the regions • Partner with SVP and regional leaders to ensure consistent execution and adoption • Lead, manage and evaluate the tools, processes, policies, and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness • Create reports and presentations for leadership and management • Collaborate with regional leaders and teams to develop and execute management disciplines and processes (weekly/quarterly forecast, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocation) • Manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and commission payouts • Use data and insight to monitor trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions • Ensure alignment between performance metrics and business objectives • Partner with HR and Finance to design, document, implement and process compensation & incentive plans • Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT • Support change management through communication, training, and job aids • Ensure improvements are sustained post-implementation • Partner with the VP, Operations and Performance and leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the team • Focus on creating Data Governance policies to result in continuous data cleansing, enrichment and augmentation that results in increased data accuracy and confidence. • Manage data cleansing to support pre and post Fiscal Year Planning.
