CSCI Consulting
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PTP and MM functionality • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configurations, and specifications • Support end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, goods receipt, and invoice verification • Configure procurement structures including purchasing organizations, plants, storage locations, and account determination • Develop functional design documents (FDDs), process documentation, and training materials • Create functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) • Partner with technical teams (e.g., ABAP) to support enhancements and integrations • Perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and production support • Support data migration activities for vendor, material, purchasing, pricing, and inventory data • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support deployment, release planning, and system stabilization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of SAP functional experience supporting PTP and MM
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or operations
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including purchasing, inventory, material and vendor master data, and invoice verification
- Experience developing functional specifications for custom SAP enhancements
- Experience supporting testing, production support, and system enhancements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
