Role Description In this role you will join a leading international consulting environment supporting end to end SAP transformations with a strong focus on quality management processes within complex manufacturing and supply chain landscapes. You will work closely with clients to define solution strategies, lead SAP QM workstreams and deliver business critical transformation programmes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will be part of a highly experienced SAP team delivering large scale transformation programmes across manufacturing and regulated industries. The environment is collaborative, technically strong and focused on delivering measurable value to clients. You will play a key role in shaping quality management solutions for global organisations while leading project teams and supporting the development of junior consultants. There is a strong emphasis on leadership, client engagement and building long term trusted advisor relationships. Projects typically include: - SAP S/4HANA transformations - Global template rollouts - Process harmonisation initiatives - Greenfield implementations Your responsibilities include: - Leading SAP QM workstreams across complex transformation programmes and full project lifecycles - Engaging with senior stakeholders to define solution strategies and quality management roadmaps - Supporting business development activities including proposal creation, client presentations and pre sales engagements - Leading workshops with business stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain and quality functions - Overseeing the design and implementation of inspection processes, quality notifications and defect management solutions - Ensuring seamless integration between SAP QM and related modules including SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP SD and SAP WM or EWM - Mentoring and supporting junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice - Supporting testing, training, cutover planning and go live activities including hypercare phases - Contributing to the continuous development of methodologies, accelerators and best practice solutions Qualifications - Extensive hands on experience in SAP QM across multiple full lifecycle implementations - Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory compliance processes - Experience leading SAP project workstreams and managing client relationships - Comfortable working in SAP S/4HANA environments - Experience working within consulting environments and delivering complex transformation programmes - Able to communicate confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders - Fluent in English and German - Proactive leader who enjoys developing teams and driving successful project outcomes Contact If you would like to discuss this opportunity in confidence, please get in touch: Alex Chapleo 📧 Alex.Chapleo@IgniteSAP.com 📞 +49 (0)211 5469 22062 #LI-AC1

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation management requirements. • Translating business requirements into SAP TM configuration and functional solutions. • Performing detailed analysis of transportation and logistics processes and proposing effective SAP solutions. • Configuring and testing SAP TM functionalities according to business needs. • Supporting integration activities between SAP TM and other SAP modules, including EWM, SD, MM, LE, and FI. • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing documentation. • Creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and supporting technical teams during development activities. • Supporting master data preparation, migration activities, and transportation-related data validation. • Participating in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support. • Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements. • Translating business requirements into SAP WM configuration and functional solutions. • Performing detailed analysis of warehouse and logistics processes and proposing effective SAP solutions. • Configuring and testing SAP WM functionalities according to business needs. • Supporting integration activities between SAP WM and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, QM, and EWM where applicable. • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing documentation. • Creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and supporting technical teams during development activities. • Supporting data migration, master data validation, and warehouse-related data preparation activities. • Participating in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support. • Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop ABAP extractors to expose data from SAP HCM. • Create and configure Generic DataSources. • Implement Full and Delta load mechanisms. • Configure and validate integration using the ODP (Operational Data Provisioning) framework. • Configure and validate the Operational Delta Queue (ODQ). • Perform extraction tests using RSA3, RODPS_REPL_TEST and ODQMON. • Support data integration with SAP Data Services (BODS). • Analyze performance and optimize extraction processes. • Prepare technical documentation for the solution.
