Marketing Event Manager
Valtech
• Planning and executing various events across North America, such as roundtables, webinars, industry events and partner events. • Developing event plans, budgets, and timelines – aligned with the NA marketing plan and organizational goals. • Working with core teams of stakeholders, both from marketing and other Valtech teams (e.g. subject matter experts and the sales organisation). • Defining event KPIs with marketing leads and key functions of the team. • Collaborating with the global content team on event concept, themes, and design, all whilst maintaining branding consistency. • Vendor management. • Event production and logistics. • On-site event management including setup, venue, tear down and guest management. • Hosting post-event evaluation to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement and prepare event report.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role ideally B2B field and event marketing.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Role Description We invite a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dedicated CTO Dinners team at Dev.Pro. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating business executive dinners and lunches for the company's C-level management in various locations globally. You'll use your skills of meticulous research, effective organization, and excellent communication to ensure a positive event experience.
