Live Event Manager – Video
BearCom
• Design, configure, and deploy event-specific network infrastructures, including wired and wireless networks. • Install, configure, and test security cameras, ensuring optimal coverage of event zones. • Monitor live camera feeds throughout the event, responding promptly to any suspicious activity. • Troubleshoot network issues in real-time to minimize downtime during the event. • Act as the primary technical support contact for any issues related to network connectivity or surveillance systems during the event. • Maintain and document configurations for future reference and ensure smooth post-event teardown of all network and surveillance equipment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in network administration or IT support, preferably in live event settings.
- At least 2 years of experience with security camera installation and monitoring systems.
- Strong familiarity with setting up both wired and wireless networks in temporary or mobile settings.
- Preferred: Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar network certifications.
- Experience working with large-scale events, such as concerts, conventions, or festivals.
- Knowledge of advanced network security protocols and encryption techniques.
- Experience with network optimization for high-traffic environments.

Role Description We invite a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dedicated CTO Dinners team at Dev.Pro. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating business executive dinners and lunches for the company's C-level management in various locations globally. You'll use your skills of meticulous research, effective organization, and excellent communication to ensure a positive event experience.
