Junior Event Coordinator

Dev.Pro

• Planning and coordinating business executive dinners and lunches for the company's C-level management in various locations globally • Research, identify, and shortlist suitable venues, caterers, and activity vendors for in-person and virtual events in global locations • Coordinate schedules and send calendar invites to participants across time zones • Arrange pre-orders of meals before events • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed • Manage invoicing and payments to vendors worldwide • Generate event success reports, including participant feedback

Job Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage events globally
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stress effectively
  • Agile and proactive mindset; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional communication
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot
  • Flexibility for shift-based work schedules
  • 1+ years of experience planning any types of events (Desirable)
  • Experience working with international vendors (Desirable)

Role Description Workweek is hiring an Event Sponsorship Associate to sell and manage sponsorships across our growing portfolio of custom and flagship in-person B2B events. You’ll work closely with the Event Sponsorship Manager and our Events Production team to drive event revenue, own sponsor relationships, and execute deals end-to-end. This role is revenue-oriented, requires true sales autonomy, and is ideal for someone who knows how to close sponsor deals and deliver for partners. You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Brand Partnerships. Note: All Workweek employees may work remotely, all work must be done in English and availability to meet during the Central Time Zone workday is required.
