• Owns the product direction and delivery of Matrix42’s Enterprise SUEM area • Craft and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives • Deliver strong and differentiated customer value • Drive measurable product adoption, usage, and business impact • Lead a high-performance product team with a strong ownership mindset • Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to customer impact • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and deliver outcomes
- Experience in people management or leading product teams
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS / Endpoint Management / ITSM is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Strong AI mindset – ability to leverage AI in product discovery, decision-making, and value creation
