Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
- Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
- Experience in the direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail industries is highly preferred.
- Professional fluency in English, German and Turkish language are required.
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of labor law frameworks across the designated region.
- Proven success managing cross-cultural teams and handling stakeholder management remotely.
- Strong data literacy with experience using AI tools for workflow proficiency.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business needs.

Role Description Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building a portfolio of locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, each deeply embedded in its community and built to create lasting connections with fans. The HR Coordinator will serve as a foundational member of the People & Culture team, responsible for the day-to-day coordination, systems, and programming that ensure every HSH employee experiences a consistent, supportive, and well-organized people function.
