Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical, solutions-oriented Staffing & Efficiency Analyst to partner with Sales, Operations, Support, and Inspection leadership in driving scalable growth and operational performance. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining staffing models, identifying capacity gaps across the U.S., and developing workflow improvements that help the business achieve sales growth targets and operational service-level agreements. The ideal candidate is both a critical thinker and a builder—comfortable working with data, staffing models, and cross-functional processes. This person can translate insights into practical recommendations that improve team efficiency, strengthen sales and operational execution, and ensure the organization has the right resources in the right markets at the right time. Responsibilities - Partner with Sales and Operations Leadership: - Act as a trusted advisor to sales, operations, support, and inspection leaders by providing data-driven insights on staffing needs, capacity constraints, productivity, and process inefficiencies. - Build and Maintain Staffing Models: - Create, manage, and continuously improve staffing models for sales, support, operations, and inspection teams. - Use historical performance, forecasted demand, productivity metrics, market-level trends, and SLA requirements to inform staffing recommendations. - Identify Staffing Needs Across the U.S.: - Analyze market-level demand, sales growth targets, operational volume, inspection capacity, and service-level performance to identify where additional staffing, reallocation, or process changes are needed. - Support Sales Growth and Operational SLAs: - Partner with leadership to ensure staffing plans support revenue goals, lead coverage, customer responsiveness, inspection timelines, operational throughput, and other critical business performance targets. - Identify Inefficiencies and Recommend Solutions: - Evaluate sales and operational workflows to uncover bottlenecks, handoff issues, capacity gaps, productivity challenges, and process breakdowns. - Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and execution. - Improve Workflows Between Sales and Operations: - Design, document, and implement improved workflows that strengthen coordination between sales and operations teams. - Help reduce friction, improve handoffs, increase accountability, and create more consistent execution across markets. - Build Reporting and Performance Frameworks: - Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting to monitor staffing levels, team productivity, SLA performance, market capacity, workload distribution, and operational effectiveness. - Support Workforce Planning and Prioritization: - Help leaders prioritize staffing investments by identifying the highest-impact markets, teams, roles, and process improvements needed to support growth and customer experience goals. - Drive Scalable Processes: - Create repeatable tools, models, and processes that enable the organization to manage growth across larger and more complex sales and operations teams. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: - Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Operations, Finance, Support, Inspection, and other business partners to align staffing recommendations and efficiency initiatives with broader company goals. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Workforce Planning, Operations Analytics, or a related role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose problems, and translate findings into business recommendations. - Experience building models, dashboards, reports, or analytical tools to support business decision-making. - Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL, Python, or other data querying/modeling tools is a plus. - Experience with BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms. - Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, support, and field-based teams. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with staffing, productivity, performance, and operational SLA data.
