Role Description We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience in customer engagement, CRM, marketing automation, or SaaS platforms such as Braze, OneSignal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Bloomreach, or similar technologies. - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Understand customer needs around customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, personalization, CRM, and marketing automation. - Present and demonstrate relevant solutions to potential customers in a clear and consultative way. - Coordinate communication between customers, internal delivery teams, and technology partners. - Build strong relationships with partner sales teams and support joint go-to-market activities. - Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast information. - Work closely with internal consulting and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure. - Represent Omtera professionally in meetings, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives. Qualifications - Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in customer engagement, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or related technologies. - Experience with platforms such as Braze, OneSignal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Bloomreach, CleverTap, Iterable, MoEngage, or similar tools is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, campaigns, personalization, and omnichannel engagement. - Ability to run discovery meetings, explain business value, and deliver compelling demos. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working with technology partners and managing multiple stakeholders. - Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment. - Fluent English is required. - Arabic and/or Turkish language skills are a strong plus.
