Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large U.S. enterprises. This role is focused on selling strategic recruitment advertising and sourcing solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations with national or global hiring needs. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining large enterprise customers across North America. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and long-term growth—working with senior leaders in Talent Acquisition and HR. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate long, complex buying cycles while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
