• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory. • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, customer meetings, and business reviews. • Develop and execute sales plans focused on revenue growth, customer value, and contribution improvement. • Support bids, pricing discussions, customer proposals, and contract opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams including Trades department (pricing/rates), Customer Service department, Operations department, and the Sales department. • Monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity to support sales strategy. • Adhere to OOCL’s competition compliance policies and procedures in all business activities. • Represent OOCL professionally in customer-facing and industry-related interactions.
