Role Description At New Home Star, we’re not just a national real estate sales organization - we’re a culture-first, performance-driven company redefining how new homes are sold. We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned builder partners, ensuring seamless execution, strong engagement, and measurable results across our full suite of services. - Act as the quarterback of the client relationship, partnering cross-functionally with Consulting, Training, Recruiting, Marketing, Data, Product, and Operations teams. - Deliver high-quality service, drive client satisfaction, and support long-term account growth. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, or relationship-driven roles. - Specific experience working with new home builder partners, real estate, or sales organizations is a requirement. Requirements - Full-time, Monday through Friday, aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. - Ability to travel approximately 10%–20% to client markets for launches, relationship-building, and strategic partnership support. - Strong relationship management and communication skills. - Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities. - Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities. - Experience identifying expansion, upsell, or renewal opportunities preferred. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress across moving pieces. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and think strategically. - Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Core Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder partners, building strong relationships through proactive communication, trust, and consistent engagement. - Lead the execution of Builder Solutions Group services by coordinating across internal teams to ensure work is delivered on scope, on time, and at a high standard. - Partner with teams across Consulting, Recruiting, Training, Marketing, Online Sales, and Product to deliver a seamless and unified client experience. - Identify opportunities for service expansion, renewals, and additional value creation within existing builder accounts. - Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience by aligning expectations, managing deliverables, and resolving issues proactively. - Maintain clear visibility into account activity, progress, and outcomes through consistent updates, reporting, and internal coordination. - Attend and actively contribute to internal and client-facing meetings, trainings, and planning sessions. - Maintain organized documentation, communication, and follow-through to support strong execution and accountability.
