What you’ll achieve Handle the day-to-day administration and maintenance of MDM and endpoint platforms (Jamf and Intune) to ensure fleet health and patching compliance. Administer and audit core Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SaaS lifecycles for seamless onboarding/offboarding. Serve as the primary 2nd line escalation point for our IT Support Technician, analysing systemic trends to reduce recurring tickets. Create and maintain thorough technical documentation and standard operating procedures. - Troubleshoot office networking infrastructure to ensure consistent connectivity. About you - A proven track record in related roles such as IT support, Tech Ops or EUC. - Comfortable administering Apple/macOS environments with JAMF our MDM platform. - Strong working knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion). - Familiarity with security best practices, patch management and strict access control principles. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
