Role Description This is a remote position available to candidates who currently reside in California - Santa Clarita and surrounding areas. The Payment Solutions Market Manager is an individual contributor sales role responsible for driving business development and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment, specifically serving companies with less than $2.5 million in annual revenue. This role focuses on developing new business relationships while expanding and increasing profitability within existing client accounts. - Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities through self-sourced prospecting and close partnership with Business Banking Specialists and branch colleagues. - Identifies sales opportunities based on a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and the organization’s products and services. - Makes consultative sales presentations to existing and prospective clients, articulating the value and benefits of payment solutions. - Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to support ongoing sales activity and growth. - Focuses on expanding payment solutions within the small business environment through proactive relationship management and targeted sales efforts.
