Role Description As a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II, you will act as a client consultant and project analyst, supporting financial institutions in optimizing and evolving their systems. You will work closely with clients who submit queries and change requests related to their environments. Your role will be to analyze their needs, investigate solutions, and provide well-thought-through responses and recommendations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and persistence — we are looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems and don’t give up easily. Role Description The Lead Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to lead requirements discovery and system design for complex customer implementations.
