Job Requirements
- Minnimum of 5 years experience with data engineering concepts (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data modeling)
- Minnimum of 5 years hands on experience working with SQL and experience working with multiple database systems
- Experience with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes
- Ability to work across both business and technical domains
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Role Description The Lead Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to lead requirements discovery and system design for complex customer implementations. This role will own the development of clear business and functional specifications, support configuration and testing (including UAT), and act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams. The Lead Business Analyst will also mentor other analysts and contribute to pre-sales efforts and the continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices.
