• Identifying, coordinating and reviewing Portfolio/Product/Project requirements/Epics/User Stories and User Acceptance criterion • Creating System of Records and workbooks for evaluating business risk and criticality based on the fit for purpose description of the requirements • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing risk identification and business impact • Maintaining and upgrading System of record artifacts for systems under test (SUT) in approved enterprise repositories such as MS Share Point • Understanding project architecture, test environment, test data needs based on the System build scope • Conducting thorough evaluation of the SUT by analyzing and comprehending requirements • Identifying and dispositioning risk assessment functions as per approved standards and processes • Writing detailed functional risk justification and mitigation strategies reports • Serving as facilitator providing pre-testing intake assessment know-how for user requirements of routine, complex to highly complex software/hardware health and other IT applications • Working both independently and as a team, promoting collaborative work environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or related discipline
- Four (4) years of relevant experience or an associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required
- 3-5 years’ experience with business requirements management efforts
- PMP, CSM certifications are preferred but not mandatory
- Required Technical/Business Tools Experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio 2013 or higher
- SharePoint Online
- Remote Desktop Connection Communication tools (Teams, SharePoint)

Role Description The Lead Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to lead requirements discovery and system design for complex customer implementations. This role will own the development of clear business and functional specifications, support configuration and testing (including UAT), and act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams.
