• Delivering on assigned sales targets (bookings and revenue) for the region. • Maintaining accurate Business Forecasts in SFDC for the region. • Manage the Account Plan activity and executive engagement activity for regional customers. • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow sales by (i) growing the core and (ii) by demand generation. • Develop and execute a strategic plan to retain and migrate to ‘Connected’ retainer service agreements. • Growing the pipeline of opportunities by leveraging a combination of relationships; solution selling skills; and value selling. • Developing and executing ‘value selling’ sales strategies. • Work effectively with other Honeywell affiliates to promote UOP.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers throughout the Western United States. • Drive profitable sales growth while holding team members accountable to activity, performance, and revenue goals. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop additional sales professionals as the region continues to expand. • Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. • Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and execution. • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation. • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results. • Assist with key customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. • Highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with internal and external site staff.
