Regional Sales Manager – Western US

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers throughout the Western United States. • Drive profitable sales growth while holding team members accountable to activity, performance, and revenue goals. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop additional sales professionals as the region continues to expand. • Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. • Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and execution. • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation. • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results. • Assist with key customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. • Highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with internal and external site staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional staffing industry leadership experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience with a staffing firm is required.
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining successful sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience managing remote sales teams across multiple geographic markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve results.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
