• Design and oversee manufacture of Dongle Cases, Bridge Boxes, and other ruggedized electronic enclosures • Specify, source, and customize swarm packaging solutions including Pelican cases and precision foam inserts • Design, test, and manufacture drone attachments and physical modifications, from simple brackets to actuated mechanisms • Collaborate with the engineering team on “swarm in a box” mechanism design, prototyping, and field validation
• Deploy, operate, and maintain UAS, USV, UUV, and UGV platforms in the field • Support mission execution involving autonomous and semi-autonomous systems • Configure, operate, and troubleshoot autonomy and autopilot hardware/software in real-time operational conditions • Perform systems integration, pre-mission checks, and post-mission analysis • Maintain and repair vehicle systems, payloads, and supporting ground equipment • Operate systems in environments with limited infrastructure, communications, or support • Provide detailed operational feedback to engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability • Support business development engagements, demonstrations, customer evaluations, training events, and deployments • Travel to test sites, customer locations, and operational environments • Represent ASR professionally with customers, partners, and government stakeholders
• Act as a strategic advisor to Product Managers within Teal Drones, FlightWave, Blue Ops, Apium, and other teams. • Aid them in defining and executing their individual product roadmaps while ensuring alignment with the broader Red Cat vision. • Create, maintain, and evangelize standardized Product Development practices across the entire Red Cat family. • Develop and implement a common set of processes, templates, and tools (e.g., PRD templates, gate review structures, and NPI checklists) to drive consistency and quality. • Support Red Cat leadership by building and maintaining integrated master schedules and timelines. • Consolidate milestones from all subsidiaries to provide a single, transparent view of the portfolio’s progress, risks, and dependencies. • Identify opportunities to leverage common tools and platforms across subsidiaries to reduce redundancy and accelerate time-to-market for air and maritime systems. • Lead the "Global Product Development" onboarding for newly acquired companies, integrating their existing workflows into the standardized Red Cat framework.
• Deploy, operate, and maintain USV platforms and supporting systems as the primary domain, with secondary support for UAS, UUV, and UGV platforms as mission opportunities require • Support mission execution involving autonomous and semi-autonomous systems • Configure, operate, and troubleshoot autonomy software in real-time operational conditions • Perform vessel pre-deployment checks, systems integration, waterside launch and recovery operations, and post-mission analysis • Maintain and repair USV hulls, propulsion systems, payloads, and supporting waterside ground equipment • Operate systems in open-water, near-shore, and harbor environments, including conditions with limited communications, adverse weather, or minimal support infrastructure • Ensure all waterside operations are conducted in compliance with COLREGS, applicable USCG regulations, and local port or waterway authority requirements • Provide detailed operational feedback to engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability • Support business development engagements, demonstrations, customer evaluations, training events, and deployments • Travel to test sites, customer locations, and operational environments • Represent ASR professionally with customers, partners, and government stakeholders
• Take standardized practices and templates (Phase-Gate, NPI, PRDs) designed by the Senior Global PM and tailor their application to specific subsidiary engineering sprints. • Serve as a hands-on advisor to Product Managers at Teal, FlightWave, Blue Ops, Apium or others helping them navigate technical blockers and resource constraints. • Proactively identify opportunities for "shared wins"—such as integrating a sensor suite developed by Teal Drones into a FlightWave airframe—to reduce redundant R&D costs. • Own the mid-level project milestones that feed into the Red Cat Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring data accuracy and timeline integrity. • Lead the preparation for critical "Phase-Gate" reviews, ensuring subsidiary teams have the necessary documentation and validation ready for executive approval. • Provide guidance and task delegation to the Associate Product Manager (Global Support) to ensure reporting and research tasks are completed on time.
