• Champion and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and contribute to the team's goals. • Act as the primary liaison between the agile squad and application owners. • Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promote transparency on progress and impediments. • Proactively identify and surface risks, dependencies, and gaps through offline working sessions and continuous collaboration. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of team artifacts, including Jira boards, dashboards, and sprint reports.

• The successful delivery of one or more technology projects in line with our Plan, Build, Run and Cyber processes. • Create strong project plans and supporting documentation, ensuring these are used to support management of the project and to drive timely escalation, linking in with the Agile backlog, resourcing demands and the work distribution across projects and teams. • Work with key stakeholders to ensure your projects encompass planning for any required business change as well as any technical development. • Ensure scope is clearly defined at an appropriate level for Agile delivery, approved at initiation and managed and controlled throughout delivery. • Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions and work to communicate, manage, escalate, and mitigate them successfully throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are set at project initiation across the extended project delivery and stakeholder team. • Ensure Scope, Cost and Time changes are managed within tolerance and change control is used to agree those changes beyond tolerance. • Provide regular reporting to line manager, governance forums and project teams. • Be accountable for your project’s costs, budgets and forecasts.

Role Description This role will support a delivery model that is approximately 80% Agile/Scrum and 20% Waterfall. Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams through Teradata decommissioning and cloud modernisation initiatives. This role requires agile expertise, technical understanding, and change management skills to facilitate migration from legacy Teradata to modern cloud-based data platforms. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) - Remove impediments and coach teams on agile principles and self-organisation - Coordinate Teradata-to-cloud migration activities (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Manage dependencies between decommissioning activities and downstream systems - Serve as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders - Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress - Identify process improvements and implement agile best practices - Support risk identification and mitigation for legacy system retirement Qualifications - 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach - 3+ years on cloud migration/modernisation projects - Experience with data warehouse decommissioning or legacy system migrations - Understanding of Teradata, data warehousing, and SQL - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data services - Knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) - Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data migration methodologies
