• Betreuung und Coaching mehrerer cross-funktionaler Scrum-Teams. • Moderation aller relevanten Scrum-Events von Sprint Planning über Daily Scrums bis hin zu Reviews und Retrospektiven. • Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Transparenz und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung innerhalb der Teams. • Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern in ihrer Weiterentwicklung hin zu einer agilen Arbeitsweise. • Identifizieren und Beheben von Impediments auf Team- und Organisationsebene. • Aktive Mitgestaltung der agilen Transformation und Steigerung der Team-Performance. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Stakeholdern für transparente Kommunikation von Fortschritten und Herausforderungen.

Job Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren agilen Rolle.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban sowie idealerweise SAFe oder LeSS.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und technischen Zusammenhängen.
  • Anerkannte Scrum-Zertifizierung (z. B. CSM oder PSM) sowie eine zusätzliche Qualifikation im Bereich Agile Coaching von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

This role requires agile expertise, technical understanding, and change management skills to facilitate migration from legacy Teradata to modern cloud-based data platforms. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) - Remove impediments and coach teams on agile principles and self-organisation - Coordinate Teradata-to-cloud migration activities (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Manage dependencies between decommissioning activities and downstream systems - Serve as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders - Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress - Identify process improvements and implement agile best practices - Support risk identification and mitigation for legacy system retirement Qualifications - 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach - 3+ years on cloud migration/modernisation projects - Experience with data warehouse decommissioning or legacy system migrations - Understanding of Teradata, data warehousing, and SQL - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data services - Knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) - Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data migration methodologies
