Role Description This is a high-impact growth role for a commercially minded performance marketing expert. - Own Hilo's paid acquisition engine across Meta, Google, and Amazon. - Manage an annual budget of approximately €7.8M with significant growth expected. - Work with specialist agencies across acquisition channels. - Own performance outcomes, challenge assumptions, and improve measurement. - Discuss CAC models with Finance, creative performance with Brand, and channel strategy with agency partners. Core Responsibilities - Own Paid Acquisition Performance - Own acquisition performance across Meta, Google, and Amazon. - Manage and challenge agency partners to deliver best-in-class outcomes. - Make investment decisions across channels based on data and business impact. - Own CPA, CAC, and acquisition efficiency targets. - Identify new growth opportunities and test emerging channels. - Build a Smarter Growth Engine - Develop AI-powered workflows that improve reporting, planning, optimisation, and decision-making. - Automate repetitive processes wherever possible. - Continuously improve how the acquisition function operates and scales. - Strengthen Measurement & Experimentation - Build and evolve attribution, measurement, and CAC models. - Establish frameworks for incrementality testing and experimentation. - Create clear reporting and decision-making mechanisms for commercial stakeholders. - Partner with Finance to improve visibility into marketing efficiency and growth economics. - Partner Across the Business - Work closely with Brand to improve creative performance. - Partner with Analytics and Tracking teams to strengthen measurement. - Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, planning, and budget allocation. - Influence growth decisions across the wider business. Qualifications - Significant experience owning paid acquisition performance in a DTC, subscription, marketplace, consumer internet, or technology business. - Deep expertise in Meta advertising and strong understanding of Google acquisition channels. - Experience managing substantial paid marketing budgets. - Proven ability to scale acquisition channels while improving efficiency. - Strong commercial and analytical thinking. - Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results. - Practical experience using AI tools and workflows to improve marketing performance and productivity. - Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments. Nice to Have - Amazon advertising experience. - Subscription or recurring revenue business experience. - Experience in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or other regulated industries. - Experience building incrementality testing frameworks. - Familiarity with GA4, attribution platforms, Looker, Metabase, and tag management tools.
